Ace Prospection ("we", "us") provides AI-powered B2B prospecting tools and services. This page explains what data we handle, where it comes from, why, and how you can control it.

What data we collect

We handle two categories of data:

• Prospect data Business contact details (name, job title, company, work email, LinkedIn profile), an assessment of decision-making seniority, and contextual business intelligence about their organization, sourced from publicly available information via AI-assisted research, and enriched using third-party data-enrichment services, on behalf of our clients for B2B outreach purposes.
• Client & visitor data Information you provide directly (e.g. via email, a discovery call, or the contact form/Calendly widget), and basic website usage data.

Why we process it

Prospect data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest for B2B marketing purposes, contacting professionals about a product relevant to their business role, with an easy way to opt out at any time. We do not sell or share prospect data with third parties beyond the client the outreach is run for.

How to opt out or request changes

If you've received an email from us or one of our clients and would like to stop receiving communications, or want to know what data we hold about you, corrected, or deleted, email us at contact@ace-prospection.com and we will action your request promptly.

Data retention

We retain prospect data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and remove it upon a valid opt-out or deletion request.

International data transfers

Some data processing (e.g. AI-based enrichment) may involve service providers based outside your country, including the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure data is handled securely wherever it is processed.

Applicable regulations

We align our practices with the main data privacy regulations relevant to our clients and prospects, including the GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, LGPD (Brazil), and CCPA/CPRA (California).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
